jt has been waiting some time for this day. For over a year, actually. (see back here) Pizza... on his birthday... with the boys... in his treehouse! Who knew at that time just how involved our "little" treehouse project would become?

...I moved on to finishing the east side this week. I managed to do it solo, using the wire rope and tree as another set of hands. Sliding the cut piece of siding up the ladder, I rested it on the lip of the base and slid it over between the house and the wire rope/tree.

Turning the corner...

Not only did we get a sheet on both the north and east sides this weekend, but we also got our sweet Anderson crank out window in.(donated by Uncle Kevin's pal, Mark)















As you can see, we passed over a portion of this north wall. This was done because it is the easiest spot to access by ladder for hauling up materials.
